Refund Policy

At Hard Hide Galleries, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


 

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


 

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition


 

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@hardhidegalleries.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or sent in error.


 

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take a few additional days to appear.


 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation.


 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.


 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@hardhidegalleries.com.
